Steampunk Sketchbook pro 6

While playing with the new Wacom Companion using Sketchbook pro 6 I thought I would revisit my Nullarbor slug which has already evolved from the original Santa's coal burning slug concept built to get round the North pole. Inspired by these Steampunk pens that was posted by one of my many facebook Drawon followers and the huge popularity of  this 19th century British Victorian or American " wild west" Post apocalyptic future theme, during which steam power has regained mainstream use.
Any way it's lots of fun so go ahead be inspired and create something different

Australian America's cup yacht concept

Had another go at the Australian AC concept it would be nice to see the beauty and the skill of flying a kite as well the format is loosely based on the Australian 18 foot skiffs. any way it would be nice to see it up and foiling in its delta hull form like our new Oshunpro concepts.........the speed sketch was started on the Wacom Campanion and finished on my larger Cintiq using sketchbook pro 6.3...my eyes got sore couldn't see the detail...maybe need new glasses.....any way enjoy what could be.

new concept for Australian America's cup yacht

Thought I would propose a yacht concept for the next America's cup contest. As much as I really enjoy the current cat concepts it would be nice to see the advanced technology of wing sails and the ability to foil developed on a mono hull like the old Americas cup rules. You could shorten the mast and develop a different foot print for the forward sails. You could then develop out riggers like the Oshunpro concept to create better stability without the need for heavy keels and the platform to develop foiling. maybe the Australians can design such a yacht get a sportswear company like Nike who wants to get into yachting gear and Autodesk who is at the forefront of new technology and has the programs that could create such a craft. Anyway it is always nice to create something that does not exist............YET
